Securing the World’s Data in the Quantum Era.

Quantumspace offers affordable and scalable solutions in quantum key distribution, optical laser communication and post-quantum cryptography, securing networks on Earth and in orbit to ensure long-term data security for governments and enterprises.

Why

Quantum computers are arriving faster than expected, putting today’s communications at risk. Satellite and terrestrial networks still exchange encryption keys over open channels, allowing attackers to capture traffic now and decrypt it later when quantum machines mature. As global satellite constellations and data volumes grow, so does the window for compromise.

The answer

Quantumspace protects these networks end-to-end. We combine quantum key distribution across fibre and space, high-bandwidth optical laser communication, and satellite-ready post-quantum cryptography to deliver security that is both physically hard to intercept and mathematically resistant to future quantum attacks. This keeps government, enterprise and critical infrastructure data safe for decades.

What we're building

SATQKD

Compact transmitter module that adds quantum key distribution to any satellite for fast, low-cost deployment.

Optical Ground Station

Precision laser station that handles quantum key exchange and data downlink, keeping satellites simple and costs low.

Laser Communication

Next generation laser downlink and uplink providing high-speed data delivery between space and Earth.

PQC-SAT

Post-quantum cryptography module that hardens classical satellite links.

Use cases

Government & defense backbones

Central banks, exchanges, payment rails

Telco backhaul and data-center interconnects

Cloud/regulator-driven high-assurance networks

Our Vision

Quantumspace began with a simple idea: free space links from ground to satellite delivering keys guaranteed by physics. We aim to build a quantum secure layer that India and the world can deploy quickly and rely on for decades.

From today's secure links to a global quantum internet.

Today

Space→Ground Secure Links

Plug-and-play modules and Quantum Ground Stations for immediate satellite-to-ground security.

Near Term

Commercial Ground Connectivity

Scaling with commercial OGS networks and mission control for end-to-end encrypted space missions.

Future

Global Quantum Internet

Quantum repeaters, entanglement generators, and positioning constellations enabling worldwide quantum-secure networking.

Roadmap

  • H1 2026

Free‑space single‑photon transmitter and receiver developed. In‑house (space‑qualified) radiation‑hardened, vibration‑tested, and ready for thermal fluctuations.

  • H2 2026

~5 km free‑space QKD demonstration by transferring quantum keys between two nodes.

  • H1 2027

Full‑stack demo: encrypt a live video stream with session keys derived from the QKD link, with automatic key rotation and re‑key on QBER threshold events.

  • H2 2027

Free‑space moving‑target QKD: moving transmitter on rail wire and drone at constant speed, mimicking satellite angular rates.

  • H2 2028

Satellite-to-earth quantum key transfer — demonstrating global readiness for space-based quantum security.
